Passed & Displayed Hors D’ oeuvres
Our displayed hors d’ oeuvres are suggested and curated selections perfect for both casual and formal events. When combined with stations, and passed menu selections they are great for taking the place of a traditional dinner. Passed hors d’ oeuvres create a vibrant social atmosphere allowing guests to mingle and try a variety of items.
Served Plated
Allows your guests to stay seated during the meal while our professional waitstaff bring the food to each guest at the table. Typical events are a traditional three-course lunch or dinner, with first course, entrée course, and dessert course. The number of courses served can vary depending on your event schedule and budget. Multi-course meals of four courses and more can be created and even paired with wine service.

Served Family Style
Allows your guests to stay seated during the meal while our professional waitstaff bring platters and bowls of food to the table for guests to pass around the table and serve themselves as if they are in their own home. It is important when selecting this style of service that the guest table size and centerpieces are considered to ensure there is enough space on the tables for the presentation of food.
Stations
These can be either displayed or chef attended. Stations are one of our most popular selections that clients choose for their events, as it offers menu selections for lighter fare events as well as full complete menus. Each station creates individualized experiences.
- Small Plates
- These action stations are chef presented composed small plates typically featuring a meat or poultry protein, seafood or vegetarian component with side items like rice or potato, sauce and vegetable garnish. Some menu selections may be prepared and displayed as guest self-service stations; however certain small plate menus require a chef attendant.
- Carving Stations
- Traditional chef attended action station offering options for your guests to indulge from both meat, seafood and vegetarian menu options

Buffet
With this style of service your guests will have a designated seat and have a collective dining experience. Guests will move from their dining tables and make their way serving themselves from the presented menu selections of salads, proteins, sides and vegetables, then returning to their dining tables to eat. Our event captains will monitor the guest flow to the buffet by personally inviting tables to make their way through the buffet when appropriate.
